The Prizes
Entrants have a change to win the following prizes:

• Lift Tickets
  • Each winner receives two (2) lift tickets valid at a participating resort
  • 10 tickets (5 pairs) will be available from each participating resort
  • Winner are only eligible to win tickets to resorts located in the state/province they entered the contest. For example, if you signed up to receive our snow report email for Colorado, you are eligible to win tickets in Colorado. If you post a review of a ski shop in New Jersey, you are eligible to win tickets in New Jersey.
  • Tickets are only available at these participating resort. Supplies are limited and awarded on a first some, first claimed basis. No substitutions are provided.

How to Win
You are eligible to win tickets by doing one of the following:

1. Get Snow Reports Via Email
   Signup to receive our detailed snow reports via email. For each state/province you signup to receive a report, you'll be entered in the weekly drawing for that state/province. As long as you remain subscribed, you'll be entered in each weekly drawing. Current subscribers are automatically entered. Privacy Pledge: our subscriber information is NEVER sold or shared with third parties!
   
   
2. Refer a Friend
   Get an extra chance to win for every referral -- no limit!! Have a friend signup to receive our ski conditions email and have them enter your email address in the "referred by" field provided. For each referral, you'll automatically get an extra chance to win! Both you and your referral must be current subscribers at the time of drawing in order to qualify.
   
   
3. Post a Snow Report
   Get an extra chance to win with every snow report -- no limit!! Use RealConditions.com's public snow reporting system to post a snow report for a resort you've recently skied, and you'll automatically get an extra chance to win for each posting. Extra entry is applied to the drawing for the state/province in which you posted the report. Skier posting report must present a photocopy or receipt of the lift ticket purchase for the resort the snow report was posted for, NO EXCEPTIONS. Entries apply to snow reports made on or after 12/15/2014, and must be posted for a downhill ski resort currently open for skiing.
   
   
4. Post a Review
   Get an extra chance to win with every review -- no limit!! Post a review of a ski resort, nordic ski area, or ski shop on SkiSite.com, ShredSite.com, or RealConditions.com, and you'll be eligible to win lift tickets in the state/province that the resort/shop is located in. You receive an extra chance for every review, so share your opinion!
   Review postings must contain valid and usable information. Junk posts will result in disqualification.

Official Rules

1. General Rules
   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. This contest is operated by ActionSports Interactive, and begins on or around 12/15/2014 and ends 4/15/2015, or whenever supplies of lift tickets run out in each state/province. Contest may end at any time and contest rules may change at any time without prior notice at the discretion of ActionSports Interactive or participating resorts. CONTEST ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.
2. Eligibility
   Contest is open to all legal United States and Canadian residents at least 18 years old at time of entry, except employees of ActionSports Interactive, participating ski areas, or any of their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and the immediate families and household members of each.
3. Availability of Tickets
   Tickets are provided courtesy of participating ski resorts in limited numbers.
4. Drawings
   Each prize winner will be drawn at random. ActionSports Interactive decisions are final and binding with regard to this contest, from among eligible entries received. Winners will be drawn once each week from each state/province where participating resorts have provided lift tickets and tickets remain available. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
5. Prizes
   Prize consist of: (2) two lift tickets or ticket vouchers to a resort located in the state the winner was selected (total number of winners to be determined around 12/15/2014)Tickets/vouchers are provided directly from participating ski areas, and may not necessarily be full day lift tickets, and restrictions on use may apply. Product photos may not represent actual prizes. Prizes may differ from those described and may be substituted. Unclaimed or prizes that are unavailable will not be awarded.
6. Additional Terms and Conditions
   Odds of winning the prize(s) will be determined by the number of eligible entries received, and the number of tickets/vouchers provided by participating resorts. Except at ActionSports Interactive's discretion, no cash redemption, substitutes, or transfer of prizes allowed. Prize winner grants to ActionSports Interactive the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Any and all taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, the winner agrees that ActionSports Interactive is not responsible for any loss, damage, system damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding or use or possession of prize.

   Winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 7 days of initial notification. If prize notification e-mail or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to return affidavit in a timely manner may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per household or address. Void where prohibited by law.
