Groomed, Refrozen, Wet Spots, Uncrowded, Calm, Sunny
Uncrowded and mostly sunny day with slight breeze with 40 degree temperatures. Mostly plenty of wet granular with some wet spots and some icy specks in a few well-traveled trails. Overall just great spring skiing. If temperatures hold out the last day next Sunday, Easter, will still be very good spring conditions. |

Night skiing - super tracked due to St. Pat's cheap ski deal! Conditions improved as the temps dropped, but still lots of deep grooves. Most trails still open. |

Great night skiing - conditions started a little soupy and improved throughout the night. Fantastic from 9-10 as the crowds evaporated and the temp dropped. |

Groomed, Tracked
Despite the rainy weather , snow is a plenty. The crowds seem to be easing off compared to the last 2 weeks. |

Groomed, Thin Spots, Crowded, Windy, Sunny
This is from Friday, Feb. 19th, my first time at this area. We got there at 8:30, the parking lot was quite full and the lines at the ticket windows were quite long. Once we got on the hill we discovered that the snow was excellent. Until 10 o'clock or so there wasn't much of a lift line at any of the lifts but after that I think half of Boston was out skiing. Only one trail, the one farthest to the left as you're looking at the hill, had bare spots on it but there isn't snow-making equipment on it either. All of the major slopes/trails were great. I really enjoyed myself and would like to return some day... all of the people who were working there were very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. I appreciate that they have such positive attitudes. Overall, a very nice place to go. Thanks for a great day. |

Groomed, Uncrowded, Calm, Sunny
Great clear, sunny, comfortable day on groomed packed powder with no lift lines before 3 PM. School kids arrived in busloads to fill the lifts and trails. New snow tomorrow will make skiing even better in the next few days. |

Groomed
I have had the chance to ski Wachusett this year at various times of the day..my favorite is being the first at the Mountain in the morning the mountain is beautiful, completely groomed, appears untouched. I have been skiing with my neice several weekday mornings and Friday afternoons as she is a chaperone for her childrens school ski program. No matter what time of the day or weather conditions - this mountain seems to surpass any expectations - from the grooming, to the cleanliness of lodge, the staff is the most helpful and available be it on the trail, or in the lunch line, restaurant, or bar area. |

Groomed, Uncrowded
No lift lines with packed powder from top to bottom and wall to wall. They just seem to keep making great snow in the absence of mother nature's white stuff. |

Fun place to go, but they have a lot of flat runs that can be trickier for snowboarders. I didn't know the slopes very well, so I ended up having to skate around a few times just to get to a trail I wanted. The mountain isn't really that high, so their blue diamonds are kinda like green circles for me. The black diamonds are pretty fun, but nothing very extreme. Their Moguls were crap. I had a fun time overall.
It did suck that you have to pay extra and watch a stupid video just to go into the park. What is the point of that? No other mountains have to do that that I have ever experienced. This was stupid.
Overall, was fun for a day, but its not a place to go if you are an expert. The proximity to Boston is a huge plus! 1 hour and I'm there! |

Groomed, Uncrowded
Uncrowded with no lift lines till after late afternoon when school programs came. Very little waiting on any of the lifts. Wall-to-wall loose powder on solid base that was easy to carve and cut. Only saw two small trails closed. Sun poked through some clouds and wind was mostly gusting mildly in the more open areas of lift lines and trails. |

Groomed, Uncrowded, Windy, Sunny
Lots of cars in the lot but trails were uncrowded. Short lift lines, a couple of short trails closed, efficient lift loading, and well-groomed trails today.
Partly sunny but a little windy at times making it feel colder. |

Groomed, Icy Spots, Windy, Making Snow
About 22 degrees with some wind and partly cloudy Dec21. Nice crowd but half were inside due to cold. About 2/3 of all trails open. Main chair had about 5 min wait while the other two were nearly walk on. Nice light snow cover on all open trails over carvable deep base. Very few icy spots. Snowmaking on one trail but skiable. |
