Groomed, Tracked, Untracked, Icy Spots, Uncrowded, Windy, Snowy, Flat Light

Over a foot of fresh powder in the past few days. Cold weather and flat light keeping the crowds away. If you do not mind the cold the skiing is great and the hot chocolate is that much better. Take a late lunch and have the run to yourself

Groomed, Uncrowded, Calm, Sunny

First time for skiing at Deer Valley this season. The drawbacks are; parking is a hike if you’re late coming. Average skiers will need to take a lift to get back to the main lodge and to parking; most of the single blues might be double blues elsewhere. The positives are; friendly informative staff and amenities great long runs.
