Thin, Thin Spots, Wet, Wet Spots, Bare Spots
Poor handling of customer very rude would not refund lift ticket or skii rental even though we went down the green slope once and returned to the rental center and imform them the conditions were poor. The bought one of their thughs to the area and he would not even let me speak. Warning to the folks out there make sure of what you are getting into they will not tell you the truth and are mileading stating that they post the conditions which are variable I can understand that what they dont tell you is that you may be skiing in mud and when you protest they will not refund your money we lost 120.00 this afternoon, this is poor customer care |
