Groomed, Tracked, Deep, Thin Spots, Icy Spots, Uncrowded, Snowy
Powder on top of powder with a bullet proof base. Great bumps on the ungroomed slopes. Glades are still a little thin, but like silk. your big mountain or powder skis to float the chop. The champagne powder got skied off to HARD HARD pace in places, so common sense and caution is still warranted. |

Groomed, Skied Off, Thin, Thin Spots, Rocky Spots, Uncrowded
Skied Timberline the past several days. Their website's accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. The trails open to natural cover are for rock skis, rental skis only and probably should not be open. Only trails really open are White Lightning (black), Salamander (green) and Dew Drop (blue). The blue was rock hard with death balls. Very few skiers. Kinda sad, really. |

Groomed, Tracked, Skied Off, Uncrowded
Timberline is making the best of the cold, blowing snow and opening trails. Short lift lines, light crowd, but slopes crowded because of few trails open. White Lightning had freshies from nature and snow guns. The Wall opened with whales, very technical and fun if speed isn't your thing. Definitely worth the trip.
